Subsidence Levelling

Subsidence Levelling

Subsidence levelling is used to monitor buildings and other structures from the effects of mining, clay shrinkage, land settlement and assess the relationship between the subsidence and what damage this could cause. The effects of mining subsidence can be calculated to design mine workings to minimise damage to surface damage in lateral underground deposits such as coal, salt and potash.
